I love yoga! While I’ve taken classes here and there for years and years, I’ve never done it regularly or taken more than a class or two each week. For the past two weeks, though, I’ve been practicing nearly everyday.On Tuesday, my heels touched the ground during downward dog—and it felt incredible!
Today, I practiced in the morning, afternoon, and evening, using YouTube videos:

Update: And I did.I love the Sun Salutation, so I tried the Moon Salutation, too.
